Complaints
If you as a client or a prospective client of GTN HK (“us”) have raised a question or an issue with us, for instance with your account manager or another employee of GTN HK, without receiving a satisfactory answer, you may file a complaint with us.
If our responses do not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal complaint to the Complaints Team via complaints@gtnhk.com
