GTN is only acting in the capacity of “agent.”

Generally, your order is executed based on your instruction to or agreement with GTN. Absent a specific instruction with your order, your orders are to be designated as “Held” unless your order has a specific instruction to use an algorithmic strategy, in which case your order will be sent as a “Not Held” order to a relevant routing destination. For orders filled with multiple executions, GTN may reflect the volume weighted average price of those executions as the execution price.
